Survip Booking Terms

1. Cancellation Conditions

• Our cancellation policy allows a 100% refund when the service is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
• A 50% refund will be issued when cancellation is requested between 23 and 12 hours in advance.
• No refund will be issued when cancellation is requested less than 12 hours in advance.

2. General Conditions

• The vehicle will pick up the passenger(s) at the address entered by the client during booking, provided the street is accessible for traffic and is not a dead end. Otherwise, we may ask the passenger(s) to move to the nearest corner.
• If the pickup location does not match and the passenger's actual location is still within our coverage area, the pickup may be modified with an additional charge paid in advance, subject to availability.
• The passenger is responsible for checking that all booking details are entered correctly, especially phone number, address and email.
• The vehicle type or assigned driver may change depending on availability at the time of service.
• Round-trip services cannot be modified in vehicle type or service type; both legs must be provided from and to the same address.

3. Luggage Conditions

• One checked bag of up to 23 kg plus one carry-on bag or backpack per passenger is included.
• Oversized items such as bicycles, pet carriers, boxes or excess baggage are not included.
• Each oversized item has an additional cost of CLP $5,000.
• Pets are allowed only in pet carriers or cages.
